BAYY WERE COMMISSIONED TO CURATE A FAN FOCUSED HALLOWEEN EXPERIENCE FOR CENTRAL CEE’S CLOTHING BRSND ‘SYNA’. BAYY CONCEPTUALISED AN IMMERSIVE, SPOOKY FUNFAIR, BUILT FRO THE GROUND UP IN WEST LONDON, HOME TO CENTRAL CEE. TICKET HOLDER WERE GREETED WITH GIANT CUSTOM SYNA LETTERING AND HAD UNLIMITED ACCESS TO 6 CLASSIC FUNFAIR RIDES! FANS WERE GIVEN FREE SYNA APPAREL AND THE CHANCE TO PURCHASE EXCLUSIVE PIECES. THE EVENT WAS SUPPORTED BY MCDONALDS AND DRIP WATER ALLOWING GUESTS TO HAVE FREEN FOOD AND DRINKS.

BAYY HAVE BEEN ASKED TO THROW AN ICONIC AFTER PARTY FOR THE SCREENING OF NETFLIX ORIGINAL THE HARDER THEY FALL.

THEME

THE HARDER THEY FALL IS A NETFLIX ORIGINAL WESTERN, ONE OF THE VERY FEW WESTERNS WHERE THE MAIN CAST IS ALL BLACK. THE SOUNDTRACK IS A COLLABORATION BETWEEN JAY Z, KID CUDI AND BACKROAD GEE. THIS AFTERPARTY WILL CELEBRATE THE UKS BACKROAD GEE WITH A LIVE PERFORMANCE.

ACTIVATIONS

BAYY CREATED AN ICONIC WILD WEST AFTER PARTY EXPERIENCE TRANSFORMING THE EVERYMAN CINEMA INTO A WILD WEST SALOON. EACH ROOM WAS FULLY TRANSFORMED CUSTOMISED DOWN TO THE SMALLEST DETAILS TO MAKE THE GUESTS FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE STEPPED INTO SCENES FROM THE MOVIE. THE EXPERIENCE WAS ENHANCED BY ACTORS, DJ SETS, GAMES AND CUSTOM BUILT INSTALLATIONS AND PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES.

OBJECTIVE

BAYY FULLY TRANSFORMED THE SAATCHI GALLERY INTO AN EXPERIENTIAL EVENT WHICH IMMERSED THE CROWD INTO THE RUNNING THEMES OF THE NEW SHOWS LAUNCHING ON THE CHANNEL 4.0 YOUTUBE PLATFORM.

THEME

THE THEME was based on the new shows that launched on channel 4.0.

ACTIVATIONS

bayy created a custom “box fresh” shoe cleaning bodega, a “flight mode” airport experience where guests can win scratch card prizes, a “driven” race track where guests can compete for prizes, a “secret sauce” stand and an “it’s alright to be white” pub installation.

BAYY PRODUCED AN IMMERSIVE HOUSE EXPERIENCE, COMPLETELY TRANSFORMING A SUBURBAN HOME IN NORTH WEST LONDON AND USING CUSTOM ELEMENTS INSPIRED BY THE ‘MY NEIGHBOURS DON’T KNOW’ ALBUM CREATIVE. THIS INVOLVED DIFFERENT ACTIVATIONS WITHIN EACH ROOM OF THE HOUSE AND GARDEN, AS IF FANS WERE STEPPING INTO HUNCHO’S HOUSE. TO ADD TO THIS, we hired two immersive karen-like actors, posing as nosey neighbours to add to the resident atmosphere. this included a meet and greet with fans as well asa album signing.

BAYY curated and executed a LIVE STREAMED CELEBRITY Basketball Tournament in the Copperbox Arena in partnership with the London Lions. It included performances from Cheerleaders curated by BAYY, a Mascot, custom Flu Game Pizzeria and a gifting suite. Bring to life the album ‘Crabs in a Bucket’ through a series’s of activations & create a buzz on social media 

THEME

Crabs in a Bucket

INSTALLATIONS

Drive in Cinema. BAYY curated and produced a drive-thru cinema to screen Nine’s visual album. BAYY’s production team worked to create a custom ‘Crabs in a Bucket’ seafood stall, ticket office, popcorn stand and custom wrapped cars. Each meal came with custom wet wipes, chewing gum, hot sauce and a personalised bottle of Hennessy. This event was held in a transformed carpark where guests could come and enjoy the experience in private cars, complying with the lockdown restrictions in 2020.

GIANT MONOPOLY. BAYY curated a fully immersive experience where players could come to play a giant custom Monopoly game. The board was customised using significant locations to the artist. Players could travel around the board using electric toy cars, roll XL dice while the bank had real money. This was held on Church Road, North West London - we chose this location as it is where the artist is from.

BAYY FACILITATED A COLLABORATION BETWEEN ARTIST DARKOO AND WINGSTOP UK HOSTING A POP UP SHOW WITH PHOTO OPS IN ONE OF LONDONS WINGSTOP STORES. FANS WERE INVITED DOWN TO AN INTIMATE FAN CONCERT WITH FOOD AND DRINKS. BAYY CREATED A HUMAN SIZED DARKOO BARBIE BOX PHOTO INSTALLATION, CUSTOM WINGSTOP X DARKOO MENUS, STAFF UNIFORMS, TRAYS, HAND WIPES & ANTIBACTERIAL GELS.

BAYY transformed studio spaces into the bank of Ms Banks, the space was cladded with Ms Bank credit cards and custom money.

Installations included a cashier desk equipped with model cashiers dressed in pink suits.

To create an all-girls exclusive screening session at The Pink Penthouse for Cuppy’s MTV Cribs episode.

Niko Omilana - FAKE RESTAURANTS

OBJECTIVE

BAYY has worked with Niko Omilana to produce a series of creative installations and activations for his YouTube series.

THEME

Turn Starbucks into Starshmucks. NotMcDonalds restaurant. NotMcDonalds Drive Thru/Worlds Largest Burger.

INSTALLATION

Starshmucks - BAYY transformed a car wash into a drive through restaurant experience. Directing and producing the set design including a branded vehicle, custom food packaging, food and drinks menu and a Starshmucks mascot.

NotMcDonalds restaurant -  Niko took over a burger restaurant and BAYY transformed it into a parody not McDonald’s including menu branding, posters, leaflets, cups, food packaging, staff uniforms, and complete vinyl branding inside and outside the restaurant.

NotMcDonalds Drive Thru - The Bayy team transformed the Beta squads house front drive into a NOT McDonalds drive thru by designing and building a custom drive thru wall and providing “sad meal” toys - a custom Mona Niko magnet.

The aim was to get back at McDonald’s for not hiring Niko and to feed the nation shush burgers

Worlds Largest Burger - BAYY completely transformed a delivery truck into a ‘Niko Delivers Large’ delivery truck to accompany him whilst he was delivering the worlds largest burgers.

Beats project space was transformed into a Doja Cat dream. The bathrooms were wrapped in hot pink vinyl, powerpuff girls beamed off the projectors, guests graffitied on our Doja Cat wall and took selfies in front of the pink “juicy” market staff and LV lawn.

Digital old school newspaper themed invitations were send out to guests.

INSTALLATION

BAYY curated and hosted a Batman themed launch party, including a drinks reception, live performances, entertainment and a Q&A. The event featured themed set design and artwork, custom bottles & drinks menu, a magician and live DJ as well as a performance from the artist. Guests each received custom gift boxes on the night including; a comic book, a miniature Bat Mobil car, portable phone chargers, personalised bottles of Patron and a shot glass.

The whole venue was transformed into a revenge scene, this included a trashed car, police interrogation room and a sweet shop identical to the cover of their mixtape.
